لی۔ درجنوں درخواستوں کے باوجود بھی کاروائی ندارد ، تفصیلات کے مطابق پنجاب کے دیگر شہروں کی طرح ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں انتہائی خطرناک باریک پلاسٹک سے تیارہونے والی ڈور سے پتنگ اڑانے کا 

رواج شروع ہوگیا ہے۔ خطرناک ڈور سے اڑانے والے پتنگ باز کے ہاتھ بھی زخمی ہوجاتے ہیں۔ اسطرح پتنگ کٹ جانے کی صورت میں ڈور نیچے آگرتی ہے جوکہ نظر نہ آنے کے باعث راہ گیروں کو زخمی 

کردیتی ہے۔ گزشتہ روز رحمانہ ہسپتال کے قریب پتنگ کٹنے سے خطرناک ڈور سے موٹرسائیکل سوار شدید زخمی ہوگیا ، دوسری جانب کمسن بچے اس کٹی پتنگ کو پکڑنے کی کوشش میں زخمی ہوجاتے ہیں تھانہ 

کینٹ اور سٹی میں بڑے پیمانے پر باریک پلاسٹک ڈور فروخت ہونے کا سلسلہ جاری ہے جوکہ بڑے مہنگے داموں مارکیٹ میں فروخت ہوتی ہے۔ ضلعی انتظامیہ اور متعلقہ تھانوں کو والدین کی بڑی تعداد نے 

تحریری وزبانی شکایات کیں مگر کوئی عمل نہیں ہوا ہے۔ عوامی حلقوں نے اس خطرناک ڈور کے کھلم کھلا استعمال پر شدید غم وغصہ کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے ڈپٹی کمشنر ڈیرہ عارف اللہ ، آر پی او ڈیرہ اور ڈی پی او ڈیرہ سے 

کاروائی کا مطالبہ کیا ہے۔

چوری کے مقدمہ کا مفروراشتہاری پولیس کے ہتھے چڑھ گیا

کینٹ پولیس کی کاروائی ،تھانہ کینٹ کی حدود دین پور روڈ پر دکان میں چوری کی واردات کے مقدمہ کا مفرور اشتہاری ملزم محمد زبیر عرف شائستہ کو گرفتار کرلیاگیا ،پولیس ذرائع کے 

مطابق 12 دسمبر سال 2018 کوتھانہ کینٹ کی حدود میں دین پور روڈ پر نامعلوم ملزمان رات کے وقت ہاشم جنرل سٹورکے تالے توڑ کر اند ر داخل ہوگئے اور وہاں سے تیس ہزار روپے نقدی ،چینی ،گھی 

،صابن ،سرف سمیت دیگر قیمتی سامان چوری کرکے فرارہوگئے ہیں ۔ پولیس نے چوری کا مقدمہ درج کرکے دوران تفتیش ملزم محمد زیبر عرف شائستہ ولد عاشق حسین قوم ماچھی سکنہ شاہ جہان شہید ٹاﺅن ڈیرہ کو 

ٹریس کرلیا ،دوسال تک مفرور رہنے کے بعد ملزم بالآخیر پولیس کے ہاتھوں گرفتارکرلیاگیا۔

خیسور کی حدود حکیم راغو اڈہ کے قریب تیز رفتار کار بے قابو ہوکر مخالف سمت سے آنے والی سوزوکی پک اپ گاڑی کے ساتھ ٹکرا گئی جس کے نتیجے میں دونوں گاڑیوں میں سوار چھ افراد محمد رمضان سکنہ کڑی خیسور 

،طیب گنڈہ پور سکنہ ظفرآباد ،شارن سکنہ حال بستی ناد علی شاہ ،ابرار سکنہ آڑہ ،محمد یونس وزیر سکنہ بائی پاس نزد علیزئی پمپ اور شاہد سکنہ بھون شاہ شدید زخمی ہوگئے ،واقعہ کی اطلاع پر پولیس اور ریسکیو کی امدادی ٹیمیں 

فوری موقع پر پہنچ گئیں ،زخمیوں کو طبی امداد کے لئے ہسپتال منتقل کردیاگیا۔پولیس نے ٹریفک حادثے کا مقدمہ درج کرکے مزید چھان بین شروع کردی ہے۔

ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں اندرون شہر دعوﺅں کے باوجود تجاوزات کا خاتمہ نہ ہوسکا ۔سرکلر روڈ ،صدر بازار سمیت دیگر علاقوں میں تاحال تجاوزات قائم ہیں جس کی وجہ سے شدید رش 

کے باعث ٹریفک جام رہنا معمول بن چکا ہے ۔ٹریفک کے دباﺅ سے شہری عذاب میں مبتلا ہیں ۔خاص طور پر صبح کے وقت طالبات سمیت دفاتر جانے والی خواتین کو انتہائی مشکلات کا سامنا ہے اور خواتین 

یہاں سے گزرتے ہوئے شدید اذیت میں مبتلا ہوتی ہیں ۔ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے تجاوزات کے خلاف آپریشن کے اعلان کے باوجود شہر بھر میں تاحال تجاوزات قائم ہیں اور لوگوں کو آمدورفت میں شدید 

مشکلات کا سامنا ہے۔تجاوزات کے خاتمے کے حوالے سے مسلسل دعوے صرف اعلانات تک ہی محدود ہیں ۔سرکلرروڈ اور چاروں بازاروں سمیت دیگر کئی علاقوں میں دکاندار کئی فٹ تک دکانوں سے باہر 

آنے کے بعد سڑک کے درمیان میں اپنی موٹرسائیکلیں کھڑی کردیتے ہیں لیکن انہیں کوئی پوچھنے والا نہیں ہے جبکہ ضلعی انتظامیہ نے بھی آنکھیں بند کررکھی ہیں ۔ضلعی انتظامیہ اس حوالے سے دعوے کرتے نہیں

اصل جان پسران حاجی اسلم، محمد فاروق، محمد الیاس پسران احمد جان، ہدایت اللہ ولد عنایت اللہ، پائیند خان ولد حکیم خان شیرانی سکنائے درابن نے دیگر5/6نامعلوم افراد کے ہمراہ حملہ آور ہوکر مجھے، میرے 

بھائی عثمان، میرے بیٹے عصمت اللہ، میرے رشتہ داروں نجیب اللہ، حبیب خان پسران میر خان، یوسف ولد میرو جان، قسمت اللہ ولد اکبر، شمس الدین ولد خدائے داد کو کلہاڑویوں کے وار کرے زخمی کردیا۔ 

پولیس نے زخمی حسن داد کی رپورٹ پر8نامزد اور 6نامعلوم ملزمان کیخلاف مقدمہ درج کرلیا۔ وجہ تنازعہ لکڑیاں کاٹنے کے نقصان کا شاخسانہ بتایا گیا ہے۔

 عوامی مفاد کے پیش نظر ڈیرہ میںزیر سماعت کیسز کو پشاورہائی کورٹ کے بنوں بینچ کو منتقل کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے گئے ہیں،رجسٹرار ہائی کورٹ

پشاورہائی کورٹ کے چیف جسٹس وقار احمد سیٹھ کی جانب سے ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان بینچ سے مقدمات سماعت کے لئے بنوں بینچ منتقل کرنے کا حکم جاری کرنے پر پشاور ہائی کورٹ کے 

رجسٹرار خواجہ وجیہہ الدین کی جانب سے اعلامیہ جاری کیاگیا ہے کہ ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان کے بعض وکلاءکی جانب سے مقدمات پر کاروائی میں مسائل پید ا کرنے اور اس حوالے سے پیدا ہونے والی صورتحال 

کے باعث مقدمات پر پیش رفت متاثر ہورہی ہے لہذا عوامی مفاد کے پیش نظر ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان میں اس وقت زیر سماعت کیسز کو پشاورہائی کورٹ کے بنوں بینچ کو منتقل کرنے کے احکامات جاری کیے گئے ہیں 

تاکہ مقدمات پر پیش رفت جاری رہے اور سائلین کو مشکلات درپیش نہ ہوں ،اعلامیہ کے مطابق ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان بینچ میں نئے مقدمات داخل کیے جاسکیں گے اور یہ کیسز بھی بنوں بینچ منتقل کیے جائیں گے ۔

 Six persons were seriously injured in a collision between a Suzuki pickup and a car on Dera Chashma Road. The injured were shifted to Dera District Hospital, Dera Chashma Road police station said.

 Orders have been issued to transfer cases pending in Dera to Bannu bench of Peshawar High Court in view of public interest, Registrar High Court

 Peshawar High Court Chief Justice Waqar Ahmed Seth's order to transfer cases from Dera Ismail Khan Bench to Bannu Bench for hearing.

 A statement has been issued by Registrar Khawaja Wajihuddin stating that some lawyers of Dera Ismail Khan have created problems in the proceedings and the situation arising in this regard.

 Due to which progress on cases is being affected, orders have been issued to transfer the cases currently pending in Dera Ismail Khan to the Bannu Bench of Peshawar High Court in view of public interest.

 According to the statement, new cases could be filed in the Dera Ismail Khan Bench and these cases would also be transferred to the Bannu Bench so that progress on the cases could continue and the sailan would not face any difficulties.
