اگر آپ اپنے جسم کا ٹیسٹ نہیں کروائیں گے تو کیسے پتا چلے گا کہ اب آپ کس حالات سے گزر رھے ہیں۔

کھبی گرمی کھبی سردی اس طرح جسم کا ٹمپریچر ساتھ ساتھ چینج ہوتا رہتاھے۔ ایسی لیے کھبی بخار،نزلہ زکام،کھانسی عام موسم تبدیلی کے وقت ھو جاتا ھے۔اسی طرح گرمی کے موسم میں پسینابہت زیادہ آنے کی وجہ سے اور پانی کم پینے کی وجہ سے گردوں پر بہت گہرا اثر پڑتا ھے۔

اور سردیوں میں پانی کی طلب نہ ھے کی وجہ سے پانی پینے میں سستی کی جاتی ھے۔ جو بہت سی بیماریوں کا سبب بنتا ھے۔

سردیوں میں عام بخارھوتا ھے اور وقت پر علاج نہ کروایا جائے تو ٹیفائید کی صورت اختیا ر کر لیتا ھے۔ جس کو بعد میں کرجلد کنٹرول کر لیا جائے تو ٹھیک نہیں تو دیر کرنے کی صورت میں شدید مشکلات کا سامنا کرنا پٹر جاتا ھے۔اگر ہلکی پھلکی کھانسی ھو تو فوری دوائی لے لینی چاھئے۔ دیر کرنے کی صورت میں ٹی بی کا خدشہ ھو سکتا ھے۔جو کہ بہت گھمبیر حالات پیدا کرسکتی ھے۔ ٹی بی کا علاج چھ ماہ تک بغیر کسی ناغہ کے کرنا پڑتا ھے۔ ایسے حالات میں ملیریا، ٹیفائیڈ ٹیسٹ کروانا ضرروی ہیں۔ اگر کافی دن سے کھانسی ھے یا بلغم رہتی ھے تو ٹی بی کا ٹیسٹ کروانا ضروری ھے۔

اسکے بعد شوگر۔ شوگر آج کل کے دور میں ایک ایسا مرض خاموش مرض پھیلتا جارہا ھے اس طرف کسی کی توجہ نہیں ھے۔ اس کا اْس وقت پتا چلتا ھے جب شدت اختیا ر کر جاتی ھے۔ شوگر کی وجہ سے ہمیشہ کے لئے زندگی ڈسٹرب ھو جاتی ھے۔ اس کی وجہ سے گردوں کو کافی نقصان پہنچ سکتا ھے اور اگر ڈاکٹر کے مشورے کے بغیر دوائیاں استعمال کرنے کی صورت میں جان سے ہاتھ دو سکتے ہیں۔ کیوں کے اگر شوگر بلکل LOW ھونے کی صورت میں گردے فیل ھوسکتے ہیں جس کی وجہ سے موت واقع ہو سکتی ھے۔ اس لئے اس معاملہ کوLight یا Ignore نہیں کرنا چاھئے۔احتیاط ضروری ھے۔ شوگرکا ٹیسٹ کرواتے رہنا چاہئے۔ اگر آپ کو شوگر ھے تو  HbA1c ٹیسٹ کروا کر تین ماہ کی ہسٹری چیک کروا لیں۔ تاکہ آپ کو پتا چل سکے کہ تین ماہ میں شوگر کی کیا کیا  Stages رہی ہیں۔
