ڈیرہ اسماعیل خان، ڈپٹی کمشنر ڈیرہ عارف اللہ نے کہا ہے کہ عوام کو سہولیات کی فراہمی ترجیحات میں شامل ہے لہذا تمام محکمے اس حوالے سے اپنا کردار ادا کریں تاکہ عوام کو درپیش مشکلات کا ازالہ کرنے کے ساتھ ساتھ تمام ممکن سہولیات کی فراہمی کو یقینی بنایا جا سکے۔ان خیالات کاا ظہار انہوں نے آج اپنے دفتر کے کانفرنس ہا ل میں لائن ڈیپارٹمنٹس کے افسران سے تعارفی اجلاس کے موقع پر کیا۔اجلاس میں ایڈیشنل ڈپٹی کمشنر محمد اسحاق وزیر، محکمہ صحت، تعلیم، کھیل، انڈسٹریز، فشریز، ڈبلیو ایس ایس سی، رسکیو 1122، ٹی ایم اوز، لائیو سٹاک، حلال فوڈ اتھارٹی، لوکل گورنمنٹ، فوڈ، پبلک ہیلتھ انجینئرنگ، پاپولیشن ویلفیئر، سوشل ویلفیئر، آن فارم واٹر منیجمنٹ، ایریگیشن، زراعت و دیگر متعلقہ محکموں کے افسران و نمائندوں نے شرکت کی۔اجلاس کے دوران لائن ڈیپارٹمنٹس کے افسران نے ڈپٹی کمشنر کو محکمانہ کارکردگی سے متعلق بریفنگ دی۔اس موقع پر خطاب کرتے ہوئے ڈپٹی کمشنر نے کہا کہ اس اجلاس کا مقصد افسران سے تعارف تھا۔ تمام محکمے بہتر کام کر رہے ہیں اور اسی طرح کام کرتے رہیں بلکہ عوام کو ریلیف فراہم کرنے کیلئے تمام کاوشیں بروئے کار لائی جائیں۔انہوں نے کہا کہ اچھی کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کرنے والے محکموں کی حوصلہ افزائی کی جائیگی۔ڈپٹی کمشنر نے محکمہ خوراک کو ہدایت کی کہ آٹے کی دستیابی کو یقینی بنانے کے ساتھ ساتھ آٹے میں موجود نمی اور گرائینڈنگ کے عمل کی نگرانی کیلئے ٹیمیں تشکیل دی جائیں تاکہ لوگوں کو معیاری آٹے کی فراہمی یقینی بنائی جا سکے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ سستا بازار کو کامیاب بنانے کیلئے تمام متعلقہ محکمے اپنا کردار ادا کریں تاکہ لوگوں کو ریلیف فراہم کیا جا سکے۔محکمہ زراعت کو ہدایت کی کہ گرین سٹال کا فوری آغاز کیا جائے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ کورونا وائرس کے تدارک کے سلسلے میں تمام متعلقہ محکموں بالخصوص محکمہ صحت کا کردار قابل ستائش رہا ہے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ پناہ گاہوں کی نگرانی میں محکمہ سوشل ویلفیئر کا کردار بہت اہم ہے کیونکہ یہاں غریب اور نادار افراد کو شیلٹر فراہم کیا جاتا ہے لہذا اس حوالے سے مزید سہولیات کی فراہمی کیلئے اقدامات کیے جائیں گے۔انہوں نے کہا کہ تمام لائن ڈیپارٹمنس اچھی کارکردگی کا مظاہرہ کر رہے ہیں لہذا ضلعی انتظامیہ کی جانب سے ہر ممکن معاونت حاصل رہے گی۔

Dera Ismail Khan, Deputy Commissioner Dera Arifullah has said that provision of facilities to the people is among the priorities so all departments should play their role in this regard so as to alleviate the problems faced by the people as well as ensure provision of all possible facilities. He expressed these views during an introductory meeting with the officers of Line Departments in the conference hall of his office here today. Additional Deputy Commissioner Muhammad Ishaq Wazir, Department of Health, Education, Sports, Industries, Fisheries, Officers and representatives of WSSC, Rescue 1122, TMOs, Livestock, Halal Food Authority, Local Government, Food, Public Health Engineering, Population Welfare, Social Welfare, On Farm Water Management, Irrigation, Agriculture and other related departments. During the meeting, the officers of Line Departments gave a briefing to the Deputy Commissioner on departmental performance. Addressing on the occasion, the Deputy Commissioner said that the purpose of the meeting was to introduce the officers. He said that all the departments were working well and should continue to work in the same manner but all efforts should be made to provide relief to the people. He said that the departments which were performing well would be encouraged. He directed that teams should be formed to ensure the availability of flour as well as to monitor the moisture content and grinding process in the flour so as to ensure the supply of quality flour to the people. He directed the concerned departments to play their role in providing relief to the people. He directed the agriculture department to start green stalls immediately. He said that the role of all concerned departments especially the health department in eradicating corona virus was commendable. He said that the role of social welfare department in monitoring the shelters is very important as shelter is provided to the poor and needy people here so steps will be taken to provide more facilities in this regard.
