۱۔ خون کی کمی:۔

اگر جسم لاغر اور تھکاؤٹ رہتی ھے تو اس کے لئے خون کی کمی ھو سکتی ھے اس کے لئے HB یا CBC ٹیسٹ کروانے سے خون کی کمی کی تشخیص ھو سکتی ھے۔خون کی کمی تھلسیمیا کی بیماری وجہ سے بھی ھو سکتی ھے اس کے Hb Electrophoresis  ٹیسٹ کروانا چاھئے

۲۔شوگر:۔ 

شوگر کی وجہ سے بھوک زیادہ لگتی ھے اور جس میں اور زیادہ تر پیروں میں جلن ھوتی ھے۔شوگرکئی ایک اور بیماریوں کا سبب بھی بن جاتی ھے جیساکہ گردوں پر اس کا اثر جلدی ھوتا ھے۔ اس کے Sugar Test اور تین ماہ کی ہسٹری چیک کرنی ھو کہ تین ماہ میں کس لیول پر رہی ھے تو HbA1C test کروانا چاھئے،

۳۔بخار:۔

زیادہ دن بخار رہے تو ہڈیوں پر اثر کر جاتا ھے۔ اس کو چیک کرنے کے لئے کہ کون سا بخار ھے۔ Typhidot اورMalaria ٹیسٹ کروانا ضروری ھے۔ اور اگر بخار ھے تو CBC test ٹیسٹ ضرور کروائیں تاکی کنفرم ھوجائے کہ کہیں Platelets کم تو نہیں ھو رھے کیونکہ اکثر ملیریا بخار میں Platelets پر اثر پڑتا ھے۔ ملیریا میں چیک کریں کہ کون سا بخار ھے۔Pf(Plasmodium falciparum) یاPv (Plasmodium vivax) اسی کا علاج کروانا چاہیے۔اسی طرح ٹیفائیڈ میں بھیIgG (Immunoglobulin G) and IgM (immunoglobulin M)کو دیکھنا چاھئے کہ کونسا پازیٹو ھے اسی کے مطابق علاج کروانا بہتر ھے۔

1. Diabetes:

1. Fever.

Fever lasts longer and affects the bones. To check what the fever is. Typhidot and malaria must be tested. And if you have a fever, you must have a CBC test to confirm that your platelets are not depleted, because most malaria fevers affect the platelets. In malaria, check for fever. Pf (Plasmodium falciparum) or Pv (Plasmodium vivax) should be treated for the same. It is better to treat accordingly
